Workshop Description

This is a 2-day FUN and DYNAMIC workshop where the participants will learn the tools, templates and techniques to work on an innovation project for their workplace. This workshop may be delivered for corporation runs (at the departmental or business unit level) to solve real-life problems or innovations:​

• to save money (increase efficiency, cut waste, cut cost)

• to grow money (to increase sales, to create more business value, to invent/create products/services)

• to delight customers (better business alignment, reaching customer values, etc)

 

In this fun and highly interactive workshop, you will learn the powerful innovation tools techniques and templates to generate 1000 ideas within 30 minutes!

1. Understand the differences between productivity, creativity and innovation.

2. Convert idea killers into ideas growers.

3. Understand the various phases in the innovation journey.

4. Utilize the various ideas generation tools, techniques and templates to generate 1000 ideas in 30 minutes.

5. Systematically select the best of the best ideas out of 1000 generated.

6. Present your ideas to stakeholders and convince them to support/fund you.
